But, then he was hit with a big storm in life. His mother died. Getting angry at God, Connelly turned away from God going back to his atheist beliefs.
Over the course of the next 20 years, Connelly adamantly professed there was no God. He despised Christians. But, there was another problem. His wife became one of those born-again Christians.
About the time Connelly thought divorce was imminent, along came another storm. This one had a name, Katrina. Miraculously, Katrina didn’t damage their house or Connelly’s business. But, Katrina did change things. Life and business in the Gulf Coast region was forever changed. No one escaped the change.
Over the next five months, things happened in Connelly’s life that he, Mr. Physics degree, couldn’t explain. Oddly, he was okay with this. In fact, these unexplainable events moved him toward God. The pro God evidence just kept building. Connelly was faced with the reality that his atheistic views and beliefs might be, well, they just might be flawed…
Today, Connelly lives a life transformed. His marriage is better than ever. His relationships with family and friends are better than ever. Incredible things have happened in his business.
